The King is Coming
1. The Day of the Lord Is Coming
II Peter 3
Personal testimonies remind us that eternity is real. God continues to warn, call, and draw people to Himself. The question is not whether Jesus is coming back. The question is: Are we ready?
2. Take Heart and Prepare the Way
Matthew 3; Matthew 16:24
3. Surrendered in the Waiting
Philippians 1:6; 1 Peter 2:9
There is life, hope, forgiveness, purpose, and freedom in Jesus Christ. God does not stop being good because life becomes difficult. He is faithful and true to His Word.
Revival begins when God's people return to Him. We must surrender fear, anxiety, pain, unforgiveness, and unrepented sin. Just like a box becomes heavier as more weight is added, our spiritual lives become burdened when we carry things God never intended us to carry.
Come to God as you are. The exhaustion of life is satisfied only in the presence of Christ. What Jesus accomplished on the cross is enough.
Conclusion & Altar Call
An alarm warns us when danger is near. In the same way, God is sounding an alarm to His people. No one knows the day or the hour of Christ’s return, but He is giving us time to repent, surrender, and follow Him.
Today is a call to repentance, obedience, and surrender. Jesus is coming. Let us be ready.
